https://abc7.com/driver-slams-into-vehicle-hits-2-men-near-lake-arrowhead/6287160/ On Sunday, June 28, 2020, at 1:06 p.m., deputies from the Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station responded to the 30000 block of Hook Creek Road in reference to an assault with a deadly weapon involving a motor vehicle. Robert Crain was involved in an argument with the the victim  and his father. During the argument, Crain got into his vehicle and deliberately rammed an uninvolved motorist multiple times using his own vehicle. Crain then intentionally drove toward the victim and his father at a high rate of speed, striking them both. The victim was drug under the vehicle and both the victim, and his father sustained injuries and were transported to Loma Limda. The other occupants inside of Crain’s vehicle during the incident were his wife and two small children. Crain fled the scene and was detained a short time later.  The victims father was released that night with lacerations. The victim was held overnight and sustained severe injuries which have left him relying on in home care for the time being. 
On a personal note, this is an amazing family who does a lot for their local community. These two men would give the shirt off their back to a stranger. They've given so much to the people around them. I created this fundraiser for everyone asking how they can help and give back to them. Both victims were rushed to the hospital ER and their medical bills are going to be extensive. If you can donate, even a small amount, it would be greatly appreciated.
