Pregnant mom adopting 11 month old

Hi Everyone. Many of you know that I am now 32 weeks pregnant and having a boy (baby Izzy or Isaiah) many of you know, we are also adopting a baby boy Greycen who is turning 11 months old here in a week. I have been put on Strict bedrest now because of the fact that I went early with both my other little ones and there have been some complications so far with this one too. 
I am not the type of person that likes to ask for help, I usually try to fugure things out on my own, but this time it isn't the case. Between all the medical things with my pregnancy and my lupus acting up and with Greycen's medical issues with his feeding tube (gtube) and medical checks, the adoption and preparing for the new little man to arrive. Plus the fact that Isaiah has been doing double the work having to take care of Greycen while I am down, it has been a struggle. 
Everyone knows that I had to cancel my baby shower because I couldn't make it to Moses Lake which completely depressed me, but things happen for a reason. Now I'm stuck in between a rock and a hard spot...I finally realized that I have to ask for help, We have to try to get back on our feet because tyhe daily struggle has made me feel like I am failing not only myself, but my kids as well. Everyone has lives and I know people struggle and that is why I am not expecting but just asking if there is anyway possible if we could get some help. 
It will all be going twoards the kids getting things they need, along with diapers, wipes for both little ones, small things needed that I didn't get because I cancelled my babyshower. I need bottles, clothing etc. This is only a speed bump in our lives at the moment and I know we can and will overcome it until then I am asking if possible to take a look at this, or share it if that's all that is all you can do.
