Prayers and Support for Issac!

In the past few weeks the Pate family has had their world turned upside down. Little Issac, who is four, went to the doctor for a lump on his neck and his family's worst fears came to life. Issac was diagnosed with Burkitts Lymphoma.
Burkitt's Lymphoma is a fast growing cancer, so doctors at Mott's called them in to start an aggressive treatment plan within hours of being diagnosed. Issac immediately had a lumbar puncture with chemo, a bone
marrow test, and port installed to start Chemo.
Issac's family has been with him through this incredibly difficult journey and has been staying with him round the clock in Ann Arbor. It would be so amazing if family and friends could come together to help support them financially with medical bills, travel and food. Issac will be receiving on-going treatment for at least 6-12 months. He will be hospitalized during treatement (every 2-3 weeks) and at home unable to attend school and social functions in between. Please donate what you can and continue to keep Issac and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
Issac’s Great Grandma recently posted this on social media “This little Isaac has autism as well as cancer--He does not talk and we are not sure he can--He cannot tell us if he is in pain or if he is hungry but PRAISE THE LORD WHEN THE NURSES OR DOCTORS COME IN WITH WHATEVER THEY NEED TO DO, HE WILL START HUMMING TO COMFORT HIMSELF AND TO HELP HIM GET THROUGH IT--why can not we sing when we need comfort--this little one is teaching me so much about life and I thank GOD for his lessons.”
We could all learn from this sweet little boy.
