Pray For Jenessa

Hello, my name is Brandon Thompson. I live in the small town of Cyril, Oklahoma. This fundraiser is for Jenessa Thompson. Jenessa, a fifteen year-old from Cyril, was involved in a tragic accident while taking a photo with her cheer group. A football goal post fell and struck her on the head causing serious injuries. I am Jenessa's cousin and also one of her youth leaders at church.  As her youth leader, I have watched her grow into a strong young lady of faith. She loves sharing the gospel and even asked to teach a lesson to our youth group the Wednesday prior to her accident. Her lesson was ironically about Elijah, his faith, and God showing His power to the Israelite people turning their hearts back toward God. We now are asking for God to show His glory to this generation by fully healing Jenessa. 

All of the funds will be distributed to Jenessa's immediate family to help with Jenessa's medical expenses. She will have a long road to recovery with a surgery or two along the way. Jenessa is the first person to help everyone, so this fundraiser is designed to show her the same love she shows everyone else. Like Jenessa, her parents would be the first to help anyone else in the same situation and would never ask for any help for themselves.
