Rudy's Medical Fund

My parents live in Mexico and are unable to come to the USA for help or even to visit their 5 year old grandaughter who they still haven't been able to hold in person. A couple of weeks ago I was informed by my dad that my mom (57) needed surgery because doctors discovered she has 2 ovarian cysts. The biggest one is 4.3 inches and is 30% malignant. We were able to send most of the money to help with her surgery needs, but before she was able to schedule a date for surgery my dad (59) started to experience some chest pains and went to the doctor. Unfortunately the doctors found 3 clogged arteries and they had to admit him right away because he was at a high risk of a heart attack. My dad needed to go to a private hospital because the public socialized hospitals there have terrible, slow service. On February 23rd, 2018 my dad went in to surgery and the doctors took care of only one clogged artery, as he didn't have funds to cover the entire operation for all 3 clogged arteries. The money sent for my mom's surgery was used to cover part of the debt of my dad's surgery. They still owe a large amount of money to the hospital and my mom will have to wait and go to the public hospital to have her cysts removed.

We had been saving to take a family trip to visit them in Mexico, but with these recent events, we have had to postpone this and instead send the money we had saved to help them out. Unfortunately, the money we have already sent will only cover a portion of the bills they now have. We pray with these surgeries their lives will be prolonged enough for us to be able to take their granddaughter to see them in person before it is too late.
