Robert Bromell AKA Hogan

Donation protected
It is with the heaviest of hearts that our family announces the tragic and untimely death of our beloved Robert Bromell, known to everyone else as Hogan.

On September 6th at 1:36 am , Hogan was hit by an ambulance responding to an emergency call.

Hogan was airlifted to hospital with life threatening injuries and a catastrophic head injury. After a brave fight for life our family was informed that he would not make it.

On September 7th at 2:30 pm Hogans life support machine was switched off with his family by his side.

He was just 39 years of age , and left behind two sons Kaiden & Kai.

Our family started trying to piece together these tragic events and how this accident could have happened. What we originally believed to be an accident involving a crash with an ambulance, we are now informed is being treated by the police as a murder investigation. A member of the public has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is appearing in court next week.

I can not express to you all how heartbreaking this is for us as a family. Hogan had not had the easiest of lives with the death of his own mother at 10, and his sister (who become his guardian) passed when Hogan was 21. Our family have endured such massive loss already. The loss of Hogan now has left a huge dark cloud in our lives.

Anyone who knew Hogan would tell you what a character he was. Full of life and laughter, always smiling and forever making everyone around him laugh. He was a loving father of two boys, Kaiden and Kai. And loved his siblings and family very much.

As you can imagine this is impacting the family massively. We are all all heartbroken and shocked. However with grief and loss there also comes the financial burden of having to organise not only his funeral but also of the transportation of Hogans body.

Our family in Coventry desperately wish to be reunited with Hogan and bring him back to his hometown.

We would be very grateful of donations to support the costs of transporting Hogans body back from Scotland, and to put towards his funeral.

As a family we completely understand that you may not be able to donate due to financial struggles we are all facing currently. However, anything you can donate we would be massively appreciated . If you are not in a position to donate then please share this post to enable our family to reach our goal of bringing our Hogan back home and laying him to rest with his family where he belongs.

Thank you all so much for your support. It has given us great comfort knowing Hogan was so loved by many. His memory will live on through all of us and his beautiful two sons.
