PPE for School Teachers

My wife and fellow teachers/educators are being sent back to public school here in East Tennessee without adequate protection against COVID-19.
Cases of COVID-19 are skyrocketing here in Tennessee and without adequate protection, many teachers and educators will unfortunately fall ill and some may lose their lives. Many educators can barely afford to pay for classroom supplies let alone PPE.
100 percent of the funds raised (minus built-in GoFundMe charges) will go to purchase more than 1500 KN95 masks, which provide 95 percent protection from non-oil based aerosol droplets and more than 200 face shields. This PPE equipment will be distributed to teachers across Roane and Knox Counties via a lottery system on a first come, first serve basis. ***NOTE*** Images of all receipts will be posted to this fundraiser for transparency purposes.
