COVID-19 RELIEF IN ECUADOR:
Hello community,
We are an Ecuadorian family living in the US looking to help our country during this medical crisis. If you are not aware, Ecuador is one of the worst hit of the South American countries when it comes to the COVID-19 pandemic. The medical system in Ecuador is overwhelmed already ; many hospitals lack necessary PPE, and masks!!!. some doctors have had to use PPE that they bought on their own but there is limited supplies locally . Many hospital workers are being sent to work without PPE and are endangering their lives and potentially others, there is already infected medical workers now!!!.
My family has taken the initiative to start this campaign for the donation of body suits, gloves, masks, and infrared thermometers to hospitals in Ecuador . WE ARE matching the amount we receive on this campaign for the help of medical workers in Ecuador, and these much needed supplies will be distributed to the public hospitals most in need. This week (4/6/2020) we have the first group of supplies arriving in Ecuador. This is urgent. If you are looking for any way to help the world during these uncertain and scary times, please consider donating to this cause. One dollar will make a world of difference! We know that the US also needs medical supplies, but the Ecuadorian medical system is in a much worse position. We can only purchase so much with out our money, so we ask you for help.
