Poor Kitty Comet

Remember this kitty?   I took him in when he was 6 weeks old and fell in love immediately.  Comet is 10 months old now and he is the sweetest cat I have ever had.  He is best friends with my chipin dog and brings me a toy every morning.  In November, he developed a rare eye condition called entropion (https://www.petmd.com/cat/conditions/eyes/c_ct_entropion) where the eyelid rolls inward causing ongoing pain and can lead to vision loss. 

We have tried all non-surgery options, but none have worked, so his only hope is surgery.  His surgery is scheduled for Jan 27th and will cost over $2k.  I know many of you are pet lovers like me and have taken in feral and unwanted pets like Comet.   We want to give this sweet fur baby the care he needs, so thank you so much for any support you can give.
