Poor family of 4, and our cat, needing rent money!

Hi. My name is Lynda. There's me, our year-old kitty, and my three wonderful daughters. In the fall of last year, my girls and I relocated from the house of their abusive late father. I am the only one with a job, and we live in a cozy motel away from what was once a house worth 20 years of nightmares.

We had to save as much money as possible in the last month since we were behind on our rent payment, and I didn't want my girls or our cat to go hungry. We made the payment we were supposed to make quite a while ago, yesterday. I was also able to pay for the week, but not the one after (my check is biweekly.) Meaning we would have to leave next friday. Our deadline is 02/9/2024.

It's $370 to cover that week we need to pay, and the extra $20 is for any last minute thing we might have missed. My family and our kitty are at risk of being stuck outside with no food. I don't want that for them.

With this donated money, we can last until my next paycheck, where we would have enough to pay the whole month and get some groceries after.

We only have a week before we would have to go. Please, please, please donate what you can.
