PLZ HELP ME MOVE TO SAVE ME? AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE

Hello my name is Andrew Cross, I am from Port aux Basques (I’m not asking anyone here, after hurricane Fiona, everyone is in disarray) I’m 39 years old, I literally have nothing left, clothes from a thrift shop, and I’m dying. AND IN ORDER FOR ME TO SURVIVE I HAVE TO MOVE TO ST JOHN’S, Newfoundland where I can be closely monitored by a hematologist that specializes in my autoimmune disease. EXTREMELY RARE & UNTREATED DEADLY. Covid and all that crap it’s been since 2019 since I’ve had my treatment last.  

The government doesn’t cover anything to help you MOVE or START OVER . YET, we DO NOT, I REPEAT, we DO NOT have a hematologist (a blood specialist) on the west coast or central of this beautiful province of Newfoundland SO I HAVE TO! Not only was Port aux Basques destroyed and all of the people that live here that lost everything. A series of horrible events leave me with nothing. NOT EVEN $5 in my bank right now! So please please help me move to be healed and get my life back to normal. A NORMAL LIFE I NEVER REALLY HAD. I’ve had this 20+ years now . And I am that sick I can barely walk. 

But I’ll be happy to move there I hear people from the area are amazing people so sweet and caring. So I want you to hear why I am raising the funds . I want to be there by February 1st because February 22nd I will have been laying in my bed for 1 year ! :(

THERE ARE SO MANY SCAMS ON THE GO NOW THAT ITS ACTUALLY KILLING PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO NEED TO BEG FOR HELP (trust me I do not want to beg and we are a proud race of people we don’t beg for anything) I don’t wan’t others thinking I’m making this up. SO I DID IT THIS WAY SO YOU YOURSELF KNOW THAT IT IS A BILLION PERCENT TRUE! I’d share the documents if i could on here (but then all of my social insurance number, health card number , banking information, would be for the con artists to steal. I wouldn’t wish this autoimmune diseases or any autoimmune disease on the devil himself ! Sometimes, I wish it was all a nightmare and I wake up. But nope here I am 39 years old, living in my moms storage room :( I know I’m asking for a lot, to finally be happy and worry free and live a pain free happy loving life (after suffering from this agony for 20 years now)***. SO PLEASE DONATE IF YOU CAN!!! My goal is to be there to move in for February 1st! 

I’m writing this from my bed where I’ve been for approximately 11 months now. Why from bed you ask? And,  why from my moms storage room? Someone’s gotta help me out there ???? Anyone ? 

It’s because I suffer from a very rare and extreme form of a deadly (because I have of the 4/5 symptoms that will kill u from this disease I have!!! Yay me) autoimmune disease called idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura (ITP) but it couldn’t be that simple for me could it . Hell no . My type of Critical Chronic ITP is the worst , the killer, the death sentence. Starts with sequestration (an organ or something in the body absorbs it (usually it’s the spleen, increased destruction, IT(increased thrombosis), HIT (heparin induced thrombocytopenia) all immune system caused. 

So not one symptom, I got 4/5 . The 1st one the one I don’t have is within the bone marrow itself. Megakaryocyte (the large cells that create plaetlets & the number of) is FINE! And it not only makes u ache all over in extreme pain, bleed ever , nose bleed, crying blood after a sneeze, walking up to blood on your pillow to find that your hair is stuck to the pillow because last night something popped and you started to bleed from the ears . Or touch me too hard and I bruise.

 Gums eroding away from ITP and expose the root , so I can barely eat or drink and need surgery for that . But maybe I’ll find a kind loving “cosmetic dental surgeon” I’m sorry if your arm fell off , it’s not cosmetic! To do the skin grafts from the roof of my mouth when I’m able to handle it and heal. And replace the teeth that have fallen out in the back , well basically a whole rack of implants from top and bottom. Then covered with the gums . Major dental surgery! Maybe a dentist in St. John’s (a reputable and amazing reviewed dentist) will do it. 

Basically my body sees my platelets (helps your blood clot and flesh hold together) it sees them like they are viruses and tries to wipe me out daily ! But, there are new IV medications. Trust me I’ve on them all 20 years with this. The new treatment is hope at least and seems to be extremely effective. Will you all be my angels and help save my life? 

Will you help save my life and help me one start a new life from scratch in St John’s ? Any donation is a donation $20-$50-$100-$1000, ($1’000’000 if ya want hahaha) to as much as u want to give and can afford to give. I was hoping local stores from St.Johns can help with larger sums or some like @roveconcepts or any beautiful interior design/furniture company that can offer my bed frame . I don’t care if it’s a floor model . King. Or better yet , if they can furnish my apartment like the ones on instagram and look books and things I WILL SCREAM YOUR NAME FROM THE HILL TOPS !!!! And @GHOSTBED has a bed that’s Venus Williams LEGEND hybrid made for pain and stuff like that. And I hear for autoimmune diseases it’s the miracle! And they have the matching pillows. And covers and sheets and stuff so I know it all fits nice. And I’ll ask @crateandbarrel to do all my eating ware and drink ware for the island , plates things like that . What ever they can look at the concepts and say yup this is what we are gonna do. They know those things not me.

Now my “flare ups” (when my platelets drop below 50K ppm) are getting horrific . Nose bleeds, crying blood (only happened twice from throwing up. Must have broke blood vessels In my sinuses) headaches where my ears will bleed. Gums have receded exposing the roots (quite a bit) and gum line is gone so I need surgery for that as I already lost two back teeth. My Skin is Covered in little blood blisters (these are called purpura)usually just my legs Knees down. But sometimes all over. Oral sores blood blisters and all. Skin tearing open easily. I wear a backpack, it will rip two strips of skin off. I’m in constant agony! Like a bedsheet weighs 800lbs. But again this is only during a flare up. Which is getting longer and longer (this one 9 months) . So I need a splenectomy (government funded) and newer treatments with less side effects . Hopefully the federal government and provincial government will pitch in some how for this. And massive companies and rich people of the world. I didn’t say you couldn’t donate! $500K of more if we can (which when you think about it people of Earth we could raise that in 3 days…. But no , it’s been $120 in almost 5 months) or more is my goal. So I can at least have a place I can call home.  STF Home & Furniture or Rove Concepts, if you want, and if you can redecorate the whole apartment and take pics for your social media and website and such :) I like your style contemporary-modern with some cubist/futurism flares, looks like it will last and Different and would go well with my art I paint. If u like , I’ll paint u some for your offices or show room. As a thank you. And that goes to any ones who can give me the look of a stunning apartment I can go through this hell for the next 5 years with. 

I would love to walk into my apartment and be like wow this place is like walking into a cloud I just wanna relax play my piano and sleep everywhere! I just wanna relax and live here ! Oh wait I do !!! Lol. 

The mental health is just as important if not more when you are living like this. No wonder within the autoimmune disease community the suicide rate is so high. 

But, I will not let this defeat me. Dr. J Hickey (love her, my hematologist, and she’s from town (St.John’s which makes it even better) will make sure I am treated the best! And receive the best and newer (I don’t wanna be a lab rat) treatments/surgery and get me the best team in St. John’s to make sure I’m 100% perfect again. 

The funds raised will be used as such…. 

A) TREATMENT & SURGERIES - 1st treatment pre or post surgery (if I need surgery at all) and post operative care! (GOT COVERED BY FEDERAL GOV.) 

B) RENT & FURNITURE - Pay rent 3-5 years in advance and outfit the apartment with everything . I mean forks, spoons, knives and up!!! Furniture , bed, hopefully Tim Cook from Apple will replace my destroyed electronics from the storm. And Samsung TV’S and projector, & Steinway & Sons - Model B spirio(r) piano high gloss black & bench. OR Yamaha Disklavier DCF6 ENPRO high gloss black !!! I am literally starting over :( literally some clothes in a bag . Hope @Crate & Barrel and @walmart can help me out there ? Just glass nothing fancy or what ever else ya got. But it’s something to keep me occupied while I’m healing. 

A SPACIOUS, STERILE !!! DON’T NEED for the apartment to KILL ME! I’m gonna get cleaners to sterilize and clean the place top to bottom twice a week till the doctor gives me the green light**home care and government grants will cover that. 

OMG it’s been so long since I rented ! THE PRICES ARE INSANE!!! For Newfoundland? I mean this isn’t Toronto ! Or NewYork City! 

(Some of the places should be condemned they are that old and worn down and just nothing sterile at all) I NEED A 2 BEDROOM in the city centre / by the hospital is like $2500-$3000 a month!!!! I think it’s ridiculous. Pay your own utilities on top of that! Outrageous. The government should say this was your mortgage (say like $800/month), you can charge like $400 MAX over that amount! A rent cap needs to happen. Landlords are gouging people!!! 

Why 2 bedroom u ask ? Well caretakers who work over night can stay there if they need . Or if mom visits. Doubt she will but she might to be nosey. 

C) TRANSPORTATION - Can an airline like @AIRCANADA or @westjet , please get me a flight from Deer lake, Newfoundland to St. John’s, Newfoundland ?           

D) FOOD (special diet with a lot of greens) bi weekly visits to a specialist nutritionist for auto immune disease of my type. Dunno if that is covered. SO ANY grocery stores that can deliver and VERY HEALTHY FOOD and snacks. Maybe @LOBLAWS (superstore, food land) and @SOBEYS can help with gift cards to help with groceries for a bit until I’m back to perfect health. 

E) BILLS (ie hydro, power, internet, phone bill , Property taxes , etc.) (filed bankruptcy so I can start over) I had to, it’s the only way to start with a clean slate and build up. And, then everything for an apartment. That lasts.        

F) MONEY - I cannot work while I am taking the treatment . I’m probably going to be home on lockdown going through this . So you never know what u may need money for. So again hopefully the government has grants for that. BUT, money for food, bills , phone, it all adds up when u can’t even work for 5-6 years :( 

G) CLOTHES & MISC ITEMS - I mean if my friends/fashion designers and their companies can help out, to rebuild my wardrobe that would be amazing!!! Lost 120 lbs so I can look good in it again lol. And, I’m good at this size I just make it all muscle. So I’ll just Order 1 size up.

I really really need this :( I’m too young to die and this disease has ruined my life ! RUINED IT ! I did not experience life as I should have for the last 20+ years. I WORKED MY ASS OFF, travelling internationally for Schwarzkopf Professional & owning businesses. All while bleeding and crying in agonizing pain. ITP is an auto immune disease of the blood. It has nothing to do with your nervous system. Yet, I’m in death defying pain all the time … I think I may be misdiagnosed :( 

That’s why I need to get there ASAP!
