Hello friends, family, and community. My name is Ari Fay-Long. I’m a 43 year old non-binary transsexual mixed media artist living and making art in NYC. I began medically transitioning in 2018 and I have a consultation in November for FFS (facial feminization surgery) and I also have a referral for an orchiectomy. 

These surgeries are part of why it is essential that I remain in NYC. This is the only place where public insurance will cover FFS and orchi without binary trans medical gatekeeping which would require other procedures first that are not part of my non-binary gender.

If you read this far donate some money please. Transgender women shouldn’t have to tell our business like this or be stuck in one place to get medical care but that’s where we are at.
