Pls help 20 yr old Sophie as she fights for life

Please help my 20 yr old grand niece, Sophie, as she fights a life-threatening illness. For the last couple of years, Sofia has been in debilitating pain, hardly able to leave her home. Her doctors have been unable to treat her pain or illness with much success. She has had to travel to several specialists in hopes of finding help. The doctors now know she must have her pancreas and spleen removed . This surgery was to take place in September, but Sophie was not well enough to proceed. The doctors have advised she can't wait anylonger. She will now undergo a complicated, lengthy  and very risky surgery in early January which will require massive recovery time. 
Her family has done everything they can to keep up with all the medical bills, but now they need help. Sophie's mom recently lost her job from "restructuring "within her company, which caused loss of insurance for Sophie. They have to now buy outside insurance.
 With the upcoming surgery, they could find themselves $30 thousand plus in medical bills, meds and lodging . If you can help Sophie and her family with a donation of any amount, we would be eternally thankful.
