Please Support My Son's "Affection"

Kordell has an "affection" and gift in the arts! Last year, his fine arts skills resulted in his selection to the StudentU and Durham Art Guild "Creative Mentorship Program" where he studied with a professional artist in graphic arts and screenprinting.
Kordell also has musical gifts - playing the violin for the last 6 years and dabbling in piano, as well. Earlier this year he revealed to me that he had developed an "affection" for electronic music production. I was blown away when he shared several of the pieces that he created from software he downloaded to his phone!
I knew we had to find a related camp experience to explore his talent, and together we found GRAMMY Camp, " a summer music industry program for high school students interested in having a career in music...[where] faculty of music professionals as well as guest industry professionals provide valuable insight to give the campers the best chance at achieving success in their chosen career."
We learned last month that Kordell was accepted to the "Electonic Music Production" career track and will study and hone his craft at the Thornton School of Music at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles! Because the program is nonresidential, families must accompany their student and provide transportation and lodging; and, that is why we are hopeful that you will help support my son's "affection" for music by assisting us with the costs for this phenomenal experience/opportunity!
