Please save my dog Hachi

Hey, my name is Erick and I am the owner of my wonderful Shiba Inu, Hachi. Poor Hachi got ran over by an impatient driver. She was on the street and while my mother went to go get Hachi, cars stopped, but there was one driver of a black F-150 that decided to pass the cars and with no compassion, run over my dog and speed away. Hachi was bleeding from the mouth and pooping from the pain, but I was able to get her to a stable condition. We took her to the vet and she has no internal bleeding or anything (apart from her broken leg), but the vet told us that once the swelling goes down on her leg, it can be dangerous for Hachi. The fractured bone can cause internal bleeding and she can die. The surgery is very expensive and I wish I could dish out the money, but I can't. I love Hachi. She just turned one Nov. 1st and I dont want to see her die so young.
