Over five furry years, Claire has remained the very heart and soul of the suburb when it comes to our four-legged companions. From the most ear-piercing of terriers to the most fur-insulated of chow-chows, Claire has faced it all with love and compassion alongside her three beautiful daughters.

In Melbourne's fifth lockdown, Claire was forced to close her doors as Groom Girl is not categorised as an essential service. The pressure has become so much that Claire has thought seriously about hanging up her clippers.

But between you and me, the one thing Claire doesn't realise is how much her customers love her. Claire has such a loyal fanbase. I know she does and I know that's you.
