Please!! Help us get our house!

We are Adam and Kelsey Kennedy. We have been renting the house next door to Kelse’s parents and across the street from her Brother’s family for almost the last year and a half. We absolutely love it and have a truly unique situation.

We didn’t have any plans in purchasing a home yet, so we didn’t have much of a savings set aside. Especially enough for a down payment. 

In March, I (Kelsey) was furloughed from my job along with a ton of other people due to Covid. Adam was able to keep working. We maintained to keep on our feet but had tapped into our savings a little bit to keep us a float.

Our landlord told us he had planned on selling the house (at the beginning of May) and offered it to us. He told us we would have about a year to save. Then this brings our problem, a couple weeks ago he told us he was planning on selling within a couple months! With not being able to work or save any money for this opportunity when it was first presented to us, we are put into a bind of trying to find enough for a down payment. Currently we are trying to put every penny we make into savings for this house.

We never ask for help, but this time we are reaching out. We are willing and prepared to work, in order to reimburse for your “donation” upon request, from haircuts to car cleanings, I’m one hell of a baker as well

We’ve tried to get assistance from other places but due to covid a lot of programs have been suspended and we don’t have time to wait. Thank you for your help and support. We are truly grateful
