I am making this page for a good friend and a true gentleman ❤️ Kieran Is only 30 years old he is the nicest person ever has worked hard all his life he has his little 2 years old son frankie who he loves with all his heart and his beautiful mum Andrea who is so heartbroken about her little boy he was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago and fought his hardest to fight it he got the all clear finally last year but unfortunately it has come back he now has ALL PHILADELPHIA LUKEMIA BRAIN CANCER  he is running out of options  ❤️❤️❤️

 

we need all the help we can get off you guys please please please help us get Kieran the private treatment in America  to give him a little bit of hope to fight this nasty thing and save his life ❤️❤️❤️
