Please Help Ulli home

Please help us get Ulli reunited with his family and people who love him!

Ulli aka Lars Ulrich (yes named after Metallica's drummer) is a 4y.o happy red English Staffy, who has saved us in those 4 years more than he knows and now needs saving on his own.

Mitch Luciano and I, Laura Liisa Laasberg are Ullis owners who currently live on Estonia and will use these funds to get our dog home from Sydney. 
*The money will go towards sending this smiling boy back to his parents (which include: vaccines ~$300, transport which includes flights from Sydney - Tallinn ~$2800, air freight fees up to $500+, airline approved dog crate$300 + $800 unexpected kennel fees where he was dumped by a cold hearted person who even lied to the vets)

He's been there for us in every occasion possible: birthdays, me and my fiances first date "walking the puppy", at the cricket games(MBCC), when we have lost our loved ones, when we have been sick, happy, in pain, lost, hurt, our engagement(he was the ring bearer) and so much more...he has given us love and hope when we have had the hardest times in our lives.
Due to 2 hard years full of stress, accidents and struggle  in the end of this year we had to move to Estonia (from Australia, Sydney). Period 2015-2016 has been probably one of the worst in our lives, where we have lost everything financially, 2 family members, hope and  health but we arent willing to lose our boy Ulli! 
***What happened:
Our friend promised to mind our dog until we manage to find some funds to get him to Europe. 
 After few days we received a message from him who said he's had enough. Clearly this wasnt what we expected or otherwise we would have found someone else to trust our dog with.

There was a plan to get him as soon as we have the funds together. But now the person who is minding him insisted us finding him another home. Which we did, gave him the details and everything, but the swap didnt happen. He still kept our dog despite our efforts.  Unfortunately there is only so little we could do when you are on the other side of the world and the person minding your dog is NOT communicating with you.

He  ignored our messages so we didnt know how or where the dog is. Needless to say, we both were stressed out.
Few days before Christmas he finally anwsered he has put him into a kennel, charges us for it(the money we do not have - which still needs to be paid) and lied about the cost.
Also his actions by todays date 27.12  are that he THREATENED us that we wont EVER see  our dog.  
Before the threat he also lied to us about him trying to send the dog to us. He said he had gone to the vet and got his vaccinations and all things ready to send him and tried to get over thousand dollars from us(which we didnt have). When it didnt sit right we rang the vet where he allegedly went and they confirmed our dog hasnt been there. He did this only to shut us up before Christmas so he could go away in peace and leave the dog into a kennel!!! 

Until he is in the Kennel, till the date of 4.01 he is safe and cannot be hurt nor taken away. I have already spoken to the vet and they have made sure he is safe there till 4.01. 
Please help us to get the amount together so we can get him over to us ASAP! 
The money would be used to pay for the kennel + his last vaccinations and tickets to get him home to us!! 

Ulli is a part of me and us as a family and every day I miss my best friend more than anyone can ever imagine. My heart is broken cause I can't do this alone with my partner even though we love him more than the world itself. 
I am emotionially distressed, anxious and cant sleep cause I cant bear the thought of losing another member of my family! 

Please help Ulli get home. 
Please help him to his family!
