Please help to pay for urgent surgery and care

This is my beautiful friend and close family member, Katt who needs urgent surgery to operate on multiple aorta aneurysms which, if left untreated, are life threatening. A few years ago, it was discovered Katt has a rare vascular disease called Takayusu's Arterisis which affects the aorta and heart. Takayusu's Arterisis causes a calcification, blocking and narrowing of the aorta which then damages the major organs. One of the consequences of this is the development of aneurysms along the aorta. This is what has happened to Katt.
Her surgery with the government hospital has been delayed due to insufficent surgeons being available. The immediate surgery which has been recommended by Katt's doctors is availabe, however this has a price tag of 1,000,000 baht (UK£26,000 US$34,000). Katt was admitted to hospital early last week, when doctors noticed the multiple aneurysms had increased in size. She was told to stay in the hospital bed and not move for fear of rupturing one of the aneurysms, and to remain under observation. Her family are extremely concerned and frantic with worry.
£30,000 is needed to enable the surgery to be performed on the aneurysms and prevent from happening what her family and friends are fearing and in despair of. A further sum of money is required for post-operative and pre-operative care such as medication and also the stay at the ICU hospital room which is £45 per night.
Katt is a loving and kind person. I have never known her say a bad word about anyone. She cares for people and is a great listener and puts the concerns of other people first. She also has a great care for animals and there are always a number of stray dogs and cats in her home whom she adopts and feeds, along with paying their vet bills.
Katt has studied hard and has always worked. Her salary though, cannot meet the cost of the surgery, and since being diagnosed, she can no longer work and provide for herself.
Katt's mum and dad are rice farmers from central Thailand and they have worked hard to raise two great daughters, both of whom are a credit to their parents. Katt's parents are now elderly and retired, and despite working hard, raising two daughters and now looking after their grandson, being rice farmers is low-income work and the substantial sum of money needed for Katt's operation is not possible. They are both full of regret, yet they are still offering the same amount of love and support to Katt as they always have.
