One of my sweet soccer players and former students is currently at Vanderbilt hospital awaiting brain surgery from this accident. His father is injured, but will not seek treatment because he refuses to leave his sons side. His mother has already had to have surgery and they will all be working hard to overcome this for a long time. We are trying to find out if they have insurance but we know that their dad will be out of work for sometime and they could really use all the help that they can get.
