Please Help Tally the PTSD Dog

My PTSD service dog was withheld from me by a malicious ex husband for 9 months. I have been trying to get her back and he decided suddenly to return her to me on Saturday, April 26th 2020, after months of telling me no.

Upon him dumping her outside of my building, she was severely underweight, her muscles had wasted, she was dehydrated so much her gums were white and sticky, had an infected abscess on one of her eyes that was leaking pus into her eye and truly on the verge of collapsing. I made the decision to take her to Alta Vista Animal Hopsital that same day, and after a blood work up, it turns out she has been suffering from Type 2 Diabetes likely for a long time untreated with him. I was landed with a huge vet bill, and being a single mother to two young children, and a full time paramedic student, I have no way of paying for this bill. I am absolutely distraught as the hospital has said they can only observe her and keep her hydrated until at least $1500 deposit is put down, and that they can't move forward with her treatment plan of special food, insulin and monitoring in order to get her back home if I can't pay. 

Please help me get her back home with us where she belongs.
