The Simple Act Of Asking ✨ Is sometimes hard to do
Linda and Shane have been good friends to me for many years, their 4 children are important to me and mean everything to them. This is a tough time in their families life, so I will do the asking.
Linda has been in the hospital since the end of August. We have been pulling together and supporting each other and had hoped she would be home by now. Unfortunately, along the way she has had a few set backs and it looks like her road to a healthy recovery will be a long road.
Linda is a stay at home mom. Linda would stay home with the two boys as they are home schooled. Shane is the bread winner. The youngest daughter is in public school, and the oldest daughter is doing everything she can to support her family. Shane is acting as mommy & daddy and is trying to keep things as normal as possible, all while supporting his family financially, emotionally and spending many hours in the hospital.
After 3 months of his wife being in the hospital and on top of the sadness that goes along with that, the financial stress is piling up. The past expenses, present expenses, and future expenses are causing their family extra stress at a time in their lives when all they need to be focusing on is their mom/wife getting better.
