Please help Sergio Battle Colon Cancer

Hello! The man in this picture is my husband, Sergio, AKA Nick, Nico. Sergio is a Father, Stepfather, husband, brother and son. Sergio is a comedian to all of us.

Sergio is a hardworking guy who recently quit his full-time job to work as an Entreapenuar in the Family Business. He has always had a passion for owning his own business. He's dedicated to pushing himself and others to be the most they can be.

We are a small family living in Madison, WI. Sergio's colon cancer diagnosis has recently shaken up our family.

We supported Sergio by going to the Emergency room with a diagnosis of constipation. Two weeks later and twenty-five pounds less, we returned to the Emergency room for a second CT scan. During this visit, there was a bowel obstruction detected. He was kept in the Hospital this day and had an open right hemicolectomy surgery three days later. The mass causing the bowel obstruction was removed and came back with the cancer prognosis. Sergio remained in the Hospital for a total of thirteen days. The surgery was followed by an internal infection that set his recovery back for several days.

Sergio will start Chemotherapy at the end of December 2022, and the treatment plan is for six months. He will work intermittently as possible throughout this time. His current insurance covers a portion of Hospital stays and chemo treatments. We have already started receiving the medical bills from the hospital stay. There will be many more medical bills with all of the treatments ahead.

We, as a family, are doing all we can to support him.

We want him to focus on recovery and not the financial burden he feels on his shoulders.

Whether you can support him financially or send some prayers and good energy... We appreciate every bit of it.

Hola, el hombre de la foto es mi esposo, Sergio, tambien conocido como Nick, Nico. Sergio es padre, padrastro, esposo, hermano y hijo. Sergio es un comediante para todos nosotros.

Sergio es un buen trabajador que recientemente renuncio a su trabajo de tiempo completo para ser un emprendedor en el negocio familiar.

El siempre tuvo y tiene la pasion para poseer su propio negocio. Dedicado y siempre empujandose a si mismo y a otros para dar lo mejor de si mismos..

Nosotros somo una pequena familia de Madison, WI.

El diagnostico de Cancer de Colon sacudio a toda la familia.

Nosotros estuvimos apoyando a Sergio llendo a la sala de emergencias con un diagnostico de constipacion. Dos semanas despues y con 25 Lbs menos, retornamos a la sala de emergencias para un segundo scaner. Durante esta visita se detecto una obstruccion en el intestino. Esta masa fue la que causo la obstruccion. Desde ese dia se interno en el hospitaly 3 dias despues tuvo la cirugia de Hemicolectomia Derecha Abierta. La masa que obstruia fue removida y se le diagnostico Cancer.

Sergio estuvo internado en el hospital por 13 dias , por la cirugia tuvo una infeccion interna que por esto la recuperacion tardo varios dias mas.

Sergio estara empezando Quimioterapia a finales de Diciembre 2022 y el tratamiento sera de 6 meses.Sergio estara trabajando intermitentemente duarnte estos meses. La aseguradora de el cubre un porcentaje de la estadia del hospital y de algunos tratamientos. Ya empezamos a recibir cuentas del hospital y vendran mas por el tratamiento.

Nosotros como familia estamos haciendo todo lo posible para apoyarlo.

Queremos que el este enfocado en su recuperacion y no en la carga financiera.
