Please help save the homes of low income families

My name is Nadine Theodoru and I own Creek Side MHP.  On January 3 2021 I received a phone call  informing me that there was a major water leak at the mobile home park.  I am very passionate in helping the homeless and low income families.  We give mobile homes to low income families / individuals and help them make it a home.  These families that were homeless or near homeless now have a safe place to live and  stability for their children.  Unfortunately because we keep lot rent as low as possible, we do not have all the funds to cover this leak. The city gave us  until the 2 of February to fix it or they will shut the mobile home park down. These families have already lost so much and to finally have a home of there own means everything to them.
