Please Help Save "The Humble Hoagie"

Donación protegida
Meet my brother, Paul Maracci and his family.  Paul lives in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee with his wife, Jess and their two daughters, Emma and Liliana.  They are a close knit family with strong values, faith and a sense of community.  They live a modest life and value hard work and perseverance.

Paul loved to cook from an early age.  I can remember him getting lessons in the kitchen from our Grandma on how to make the perfect biscuit.  He went to culinary school and since graduation has been working in the restaurant industry for the past 22 years.  Paul always dreamed of opening his own sandwich shop.  In October 2019 he took a leap of faith and made that dream a reality.  Paul and his wife Jess opened The Humble Hoagie.

The Humble Hoagie is a local restaurant that serves Breakfast and Lunch focusing on fresh food at a reasonable price.  Paul smokes all his meats, makes soups and desserts from scratch, and sources his products locally.  Paul works tirelessly on average of 70 hours a week but he finds it a small sacrifice in order to do what he loves and provide for his family.

The Humble Hoagie has become a Mt. Juliet favorite in the short time they have been open.  They were voted Best Sandwich in Mt. Juliet and have received outstanding guest reviews for their amazing food and impeccable service.  Things were on the upswing – then Covid-19 hit.

Like so many restaurants, The Humble Hoagie has been impacted by the Coronavirus.  Nevertheless, they have still powered through while serving their devoted regulars as well as the community by providing lunches to First Responders at no charge.  But now, things are becoming increasingly difficult.  The Humble Hoagie may soon be forced to close their doors for good.

That’s where you come in.  I am asking for your help to keep Paul’s dream of
The Humble Hoagie alive.  Your donation would help cover some of the operating costs, rent and utilities.  It’s a tough time for most of us right now.  I realize that many people are struggling as are small businesses in general.  Any donation – no matter the amount would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to read Paul’s story.  We are so very grateful for your support.  Please share with your network.
