Please Help Save Avant Garde Ballroom Dance Studio

I hope you are all well and surviving this unprecedented situation we are all in.
I was recently made aware of the hardship that Andre Bonderman, the owner of Avant Garde Ballroom (http://avantgardeballroom.com), in Santa Ana is having. Andre is one of the kindest and most supportive people I know. I have been part of his studio for more than a year as a teacher and events organizer and consider Andre to be like family. He is also a proud man and would never ask for help so I am organizing this fundraiser because he urgently needs our help to keep Avant Garde Ballroom open.
Andre has applied for the loan options but as of yet hasn't been granted any funding as is the case with so many businesses. Unfortunately his studio expenses are very high (in excess of $14,000 per month) and he has carried this burden himself since the Stay at Home order was imposed. Avant Garde is a large studio and offers 3 Ballrooms as well as a Dance Boutique. It will simply be impossible for him to survive and keep Avant Garde open without our support.
Avant Garde is home to more than 35 dance instructors and literally thousands of students in the Orange County and Los Angeles area. In addition to group and private lessons, Avant Garde Ballroom is the venue for almost 30 dance events monthly from Ballroom, Swing, Salsa, Argentine Tango & more. I know things are difficult for everyone but if you are in a position to help, your support will make a huge difference and be incredibly appreciated.
I have set the fundraiser with a target of $25,000 which as you can see if less than 2 months of his studio expenses. But this amount will at least give Andre the funds to hang on for awhile until things improve or until he is granted some loans to offset the expenses.
I am starting this fundraiser off with a donation and hope you can all find it in your hearts to chip in and help with whatever amount you can.
