Please help save a Best Friend

Meet Dallas, he has been apart of our family since he was 5 weeks old. He is now 6 years old and they have been the best years with him. Dallas is super playful and lovable, he enjoys making new friends at the dog park and loves going on hikes. His favorite is the beach, he loves to surf the waves!! He goes crazy in the water and will throw a little fit when he has to get out and its time to go home, he would stay in the water all day if we let him. His favorite pass time is to sun bathe with his little brother Dickie while they wait for the squirrels to come by.  He's been such a huge part of the family, he is our big baby Dallas and we can't imagine life without him. For the past two weeks we noticed the left side of his face wasn't looking right. His muscle tone dropped known as cranial muscle atrophy. Last week we received some pretty bad news about Dallas,  after he was seen by a specialist at Oregon State University. He was diagnosed with a possible  "Nerve Sheath Tumor".  We ran some blood work ( Cbc, Hematology, Electrolites, 2m-antibody, 4Dx, Sero-Neospora Caninum and Toxoplasma.) All results came back great and negative for others. The Dr said our next step would be to schedule an MRI, do a biospy and see a neurologist. We were told this is  rare and not commonly seen. If anyone owns a pet you could only imagine how this felt to hear. Dallas has already been through two TPLO's and small other things from his ear hematomas to a bad bee sting reaction and had to be hospitalized, as well as losing one his good doggy friends awhile back. He can't seem to catch a break over these past two years...and seems like neither do we. The vet bills still are adding up as we still are paying off from the surgeries. We are saving up and calling other specialist, making plans and trying to get the next step in order. We were qouted between 3400-5500$ for the estimate depending on whats needed. That's quite the stretch,  not including seeing the neurologist. This hit our family hard and unexpected, we are trying to be positive for Dallas sine he is still acting his happy old self. Having no questions answered has been the toughest part in all this. We have reached out to friends, family, facebook and rescue sites for help. Any donation would be appreciated, if you're wanting to donate directly to the hospital please leave a comment. Thank you so much for all the support and taking the time to read Dallas' story.
