Please Help Pete

My father, Peter J. De Palma has been recently diagnosed with Systolic and Diastolic Congestive Heart Failure and unfortunately is already in the later stages.  He started declining quickly and after a stay in the hospital was moved to a nursing home facility for rehabilitation.  He is not showing any signs of improvement and isn't able to work with the physical therapist due to lack of oxygen and blood needed to circulate to his brain and organs.  His medicare expires at the end of this week which means that it will cost $160.00 a day.  If they do allow him to go home he will need a nurse to come to the house once a day.  A downstaires bathroom needs to be installed because he will be bound to a wheelchair.  The airconditioner broke down and will need to be repaired also.  On top of that his hearing aid which isn't covered by Medicaid stopped working and needs to be replaced.  Sharing the home with Dad is my 85 year old mother, my disabled sister, and my niece and nephew.  My sister is working hard to take care of things the best she can, but suffers with chronic Lupus pain and a medical condition called RSD so she is unable to work.  Due to Dad's failing health they are already far behind on their mortgage.  They were recently notified that unless the payments are brought up to date, they are in danger of being foreclosed on and will be homeless.  Dad is  known in the community for his jovial personality and has never met a stranger.  He loved his time working to assist college students  in receiving financial aid.  This go fund me account has been set up to offset some of their medical and personal bills.  We would deeply appreciate your support through prayers and generosity.
