Please help pay for Mumu's diagnosis vet bills

This is hard to write and not normally what we would usually do, but our bank accounts and credit cards are dry and this has been suggested to us as a last resort. 

Around 3 months ago we noticed Mumu had been struggling to go to the toilet and that her stomach was bloated. Obviously we took her to the vets out of concern, and 3 months, many different tests and around £700 later we still have no answer as to what is wrong with her. She has been prescribed pain killers and diuretics to try and help her but over the past 48 hours a new symptom has appeared - this being massive nose bleeds. Anybody that has owned a dog before will know that nose bleeds are not a good sign. Any excitement or bump to her nose makes it drip blood like a faulty tap. What is most concerning is we can't get her to eat without her getting excited or bumping her nose - meaning she cannot eat without losing blood. However with so many tests already done over the past 3 months, the vets are stumped as to what is wrong with her.

They have said that the only way forward is to book a specialist for an entire day to do every test they have available to them - from X rays to MRIs - and have quoted us £700-£1000 for this, stating that we should not make the appointment for this to be done without the money available. 

Without knowing what is wrong with her it does look like she will lose her life. If whatever is wrong with her doesn't kill her, prolonged blood loss or prolonged shortage of food will cause complications.
