Please help our orphaned nephew keep his home

Thank you for taking the time to read our story.  We are trying to raise money for our very sweet nephew, Cillian, who will be left without a home on February 1, 2021. On December 29, 2020 Cillian lost his father to a rare form of muscular dystrophy. Our brother, John, was Cillian’s only parent left after his mother passed 12 years ago to complications of an operation.  Cillian’s father had a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy and over the years has lost mobility and had a compromised immune system. At a very young age Cillian became the parent and was the sole caregiver to his father. He never once complained as they were the best friends and each other’s worlds. Due to our brothers debilitating disease he could not keep up with the mortgage and other expenses and therefore we are trying to raise money so Cillian only home he’s known will not be foreclosed on. So today we are asking for money to cover:

WE HAVE A PLAN! Other than paying off debts, the goal is to renovate the downstairs to finish building an in-law apartment which was started a few years ago. With the help of income from a monthly renter Cillian will be able to stay in his home long term.
