Please help our old one back home!

Hello family and friends, my grandpa, Carlos Ponce, is a 64-year old hardworking man and unfortunately suffered a severe heart attack Saturday night and has been sedated and in life support in ICU for the past 3 days. My grandma had to quit her job as she has to be in the hospital to keep out for my grandpa and would most likely be out of work until further notice due to this incident. The Ponce Family would like to ask for your help in making a donation to aid my grandpa's hospital expenses. We really want to thank anyone in advance for taking the time and a special thanks to anyone that donates' anything as it will benefit my grandpa 100% for the hospital expenses. Hola familia y amigos, mi abuelo, Carlos Ponce, es un hombre trabajador de 64 años que, lamentablemente, sufrió un infarto severo el sábado por la noche y ha sido sedado y ha recibido soporte vital en la UCI durante los últimos 3 días. Mi abuela tuvo que renunciar a su trabajo, ya que tiene que estar en el hospital para mantenerse al tanto de mi abuelo y probablemente no tenga trabajo hasta nuevo aviso debido a este incidente. La familia Ponce desea solicitar su ayuda para hacer una donación para ayudar con los gastos de hospital de mi abuelo. Realmente queremos agradecer a todos por adelantado por tomarse el tiempo y un agradecimiento especial a cualquier persona que done algo, ya que beneficiará a mi abuelo el 100% de los gastos del hospital.
