Please help our little Mikay fight leukemia

2020 has been a rough year for us all. 

Today, Dec 19, 2020 our family received the news that our little Mikay has been diagnosed with leukemia. 

Today I am reaching out to all of you—my friends, family, colleagues and fellow healthcare providers for prayers and any donations to help our little Mikay fight this battle. 

Our little Mikay has been struggling with health issues since the beginning of this year. Due to COVID-19 and strict stay home orders issued in the Philippines, our little angel was not able to attend appointments or necessary check ups. We thought the stomach issues and lack of appetite would pass, but here we are finally with some answers, answers we have all wishes were not true. 

Covid-19 has left her parents without jobs and  as a family we are doing what we can to collaborate and raise the funds necessary for the tests and treatments she needs to fight this battle. Healthcare in the Philippines is paid out of pocket, and we are scurrying to raise enough funds for more tests and scans. 

This holiday season, your generosity would mean the world to me and my family. Please keep Mikay in your prayers and know that we are sothankful for your donations.  Please share and spread the word, this child needs assistance.
