This plea for help is to aid a great friend, musician and citizen of the world Master steel drummer, Othello Molineaux.
Over the past few years Othello has suffered a series of setbacks which have spiraled into a critical financial situation.
Othello developed thyroid cancer a few years ago. After 2 operations and some treatment he has been cancer free but the entire lengthy process at the time made it difficult for him to play and work. It also resulted in large medical bills.
When he was able to work for a steadier period hurricane Irma struck and basically destroyed the venue at which he worked. All this combined with neck and back issues from decades of playing and being injured in an automobile accident have resulted in a serious issue for Othello.
His car was repossessed a while back and now he faces the final step in eviction from his home. He also has many medical bills that need to be paid.
I ask all of you, friends and fans alike, to please help in any way you can. $1 from many places can work a miracle for a friend in dire need. Please do whatever you can if you can. All money goes directly to Othello.
