Please help; need to pay for bill & court fee

Hi, I'm Leon and I need help. A while ago I found out my father forged my signature and left me with a €1,200 bill. 

As soon as I found out I went to my lawyer to go against this and after some back and forth with the company in question the case went to court. Today I received the answer that the signature COULD be forged but still looks too much like mine and I need to pay the bill AND the court fee, which totals €3,450.

Theres nothing I can do to go against it and I have no means to pay this large amount of money by myself. My mother can't assist me, because she just came home from cancer treatment and is still on health insurance pay.

Please, if you can help in any way, even if it's only €5, I will greatly appreciate it.
