Please help, my sister-in-law and nephew are homeless

My sister-in-law had a drunk driver crash into her living room about six weeks ago on a Sunday morning - she had been changing her baby's nappy there not even 10 minutes prior so it could have ended tragically, but luckily everyone got out of the house safely. However, she had to leave her home with nothing but the clothes she was wearing and has not been allowed back inside the house. The house was left with police tape around it as the only form of protection, and that night they were also robbed. My sister-in-law has had to live in hotels ever since, moving every 4-5 days, for which she has had to pay out of her own pocket. She has had to buy new clothes and baby items as she has not been allowed back home, and has had to live off takeaways due to having no kitchen. She has tried to claim through the drunk driver's insurance company, but they have sent her bullying emails saying that their client is 'not liable' for covering these costs, even though it was HIS fault for drunk driving and making her homeless. Her landlord is continuing to charge her rent on the house, which isn't safe for her to live in. She is on maternity pay, which we all know isn't much and she has burnt through her life savings covering these costs. She lives 5 hours away from us and her parents, so there is only so much we can do from here. She is being let down by every system that should be protecting her and her baby.
I have therefore created this gofundme for her as a surprise. Any financial help to go towards helping her cover the costs of keeping a roof over her baby's head while her house is being repaired would be hugely appreciated, and to those who have donated, thank you so much for being so kind and helping us show Stacey she is not alone.
Thank you
