Please help my friend Sarah

Hi my name is Jo and I make no apologies for asking for your help.

My beautiful friend Sarah is Mum to Toby (7) Maggie (2) and fiancé to Ryan.

In May 2020 Sarah was diagnosed with breast cancer, she underwent a mastectomy, further surgery, 6 chemos, 15 radiotherapy’s, hormone treatments and rang the bell at the Christie in May 2021 after a big fat all clear.

Last week Sarah was dealt the cruelest blow that the big bastard C is back, in her liver and spine. Both Ryan and Sarah work for themselves, no workie, no money!!!

Sarah starts chemo next week for three weeks a month with one week off, forever. She’s signed up to a clinical trial as she will literally do anything to stay around to marry her love Ryan and watch her kids grow up, and radiotherapy starts soon on her spine. When I spoke to her last week she needs to work, two kids, bills, Christmas looming. It scares me shitless, Covid is still here, she needs to rest and let the treatment work and her body rest. Please help my beautiful friends, I love them very much. There is no cure for Sarah this time but she will fight this with every single inch of her being.
