Please help Mr Bill beat cancer!

Hi everyone, as you all probably know by now Mr Bill has been diagnosed with cancer and has a long and hideous battle ahead of him to beat it. Medical bills plus time off work is going to make it even tougher for him so let's band together and help him out.
