Please help My daughter be back on the road

The first thing I would like to say is GOD IS SO GOOD ALL THE TIME! My name is Michelle and I'd like to tell you a little about what happened on Wednesday to our daughter and her children. She was driving with two of her children to the State Fair when the guy driving in front of them (going very slow) stuck his head out the window with a gun in his hand turned his head in their direction and started shooting with a evil smile on his face! Our grandson was sitting in the front passenger seat and our granddaughter was sitting in the back. He shot out the right front tire, shot through the lower part of the car on the passenger side and he shot through the grill on the driver side. The bullet went through the radiator busting it up and the bullet casing ended up stopping thankfully on a thick metal piece. The cop stated that if the bullet had been shot a few inches over it would've hit my daughter. He then proceeded to follow them as she tried to get away with a busted radiator and shredded Tire. She managed to make it to a business parking lot where he drove awayand she was able to call police. Our grandson was crying and told Me all he kept saying to his baby sister was duck down, lay flat! It will take time for them to get through this trauma, although he will probably always remember that dayshe needs help getting back on the road so she can take her children to school and all other tasks we need a vehicle for.
