Please Help Me Walk Again- 6 Months Old Pup

I am a 6-month old Pomsky puppy- born to a Pomeranian Dad and a Husky Mum. I love people and other dogs. I used to go out for a walk thrice a day and run in the park. I have been extremely happy until the 1st of February, when I was playing in the park, I suddenly screamed and I couldn't move anymore.
I can't walk anymore and the Vets said I have Luxating Patella issues and I need a surgery. I am scared to wee/poo because my legs would hurt if I flex/squat to wee/poo. The private vets fees for the surgery are too high. My insurance only covers £1000.
This whole treatment will cost around £7000-£7500. My owner can't afford this amount at the moment.
I want to walk and run again as soon as possible. Please help me raise this donation for me. The earliest I meet the required funds, the fastest I can get the Surgery done.
