Hi, my name is M’ysha. I am a single parent caring for three children. Two of them are my great niece and nephew, who I have been kinship fostering for the past three years.

My nephew has autism and requires ongoing services, and my niece has behavioral needs that require me to be available throughout the day. Because of this, I am unable to work full time.

We are currently living in a home with serious habitability issues, including four city code violations that have gone unresolved for over six months. These conditions are unsafe for my children, and my landlord has refused to make necessary repairs and won’t approve the health and safety accommodations request from my nephew's pediatrician.

Leaving me with no other option than to urgently move. We are scheduled to leave by May 15th and urgently need help covering our security deposit and moving costs.

I am asking for support to help my family secure a safe and stable home. Every dollar truly makes a difference.
