Please help me save Ellie

My French Bulldog Ellie who is less than two years old has a mass growing on her back. Specialists at the London Regional Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital in London have informed me it is beyond their abilities and she is being referred to the department of Oncology at the Mississauga Oakville Veterinary Emergency Hospital (MOVEH). This mass involves all of her muscles on the left side of her back and removal at this point is an emergency and mandatory. I know this may be hard to understand for those of you who don't have a dog, but Ellie is my family. I have an unconditional love for her and I am not willing to give up on her through this hard time. I am currently a full-time student and am not in a financial position to handle this all on my own. I am grateful for any help.
