Please help me get Stormy out of the Shelter

It's hard to believe this is still going on. Poor little girl was taken and hidden from the rescue (pawsitive tails to remember) and then ended up in the shelter. Now she is being held as evidence. We just want to get her to her rightful rescue. I'm hoping to help them in their legal battle for Stormy. Please help me if you can. It is a tax write off to donate.
