Please help me get my tonsillectomy surgery!

Hi, I'm 29 years old and I am fundraising to get my tonsillectomy done privately. I've had recurrent tonsillitis for the past 15 years and the NHS keep refusing to take them out. It's becoming a real pain because it's affecting every aspect of my life. It's affecting my asthma, it affects my sleep and it's really affecting my mental health. Please, if you can spare even just a small amount I'd be ever so grateful. Thank you x
