Help Tadija get surgery for Cerebral paralysis

We are in need of help, since we struggle to provide for our son to have Selective Dorsal Rhyzotomy (SDR) surgery in St. Louis Children's Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri, USA.

Our son, Tadija (pron: Tadeeyah) is 7 years old and has Cerebral Paralysis (Paralysis
Cerebralis G801 Diplegia spastica).
Tadija was born in full term, Mo with grade 9. He started walking when he was 18 months old, but his walking was irregular. We soon realized
that something was wrong and immediately looked for specialized help.  He was then diagnosed with Cerebral Paralysis and started hormonal and physical therapies. He has been continuously attending several physical
therapies, including Bobath and Madek methods.
Tadija is very happy, joyful and intelligent child, full of life and is a great fighter in his health journey. Until now, Tadija went through many rehabilitation programs.  We were able to provide him with every known and available treatment. Because he is a growing boy, most of the results he achieved so far are becoming futile, which resulted in him not having progress in his motoric abilities in the past 12 months. We came into a position to look for radical solution and we were lucky enough for Tadija to be examined by Dr. Park, a famous neurologist from previously mentioned hospital from St. Louis. He strongly recommended SDR surgery.
He is globally famous for it and performed over 4000 of these surgeries . He strongly believes that Tadija is a great candidate for that surgery, and that it will allow Tadija to walk in the future. Not getting that surgery can progress to permanent paralysis. 

Unfortunately, the required sum for SDR and compulsory orthopedic surgery that follows is USD $60,000.
Our country, Serbia, doesn't finance SDR’s abroad anymore, regardless of not having domestic alternative, so we are facing an extremely desperate situation.
We are financially exhausted and we are barely able to keep up with regular, daily expenses, from several physical therapies to special needs for our son.

This is why we are forced to ask for help.
