Please Help Kyle McPhee Beat Cancer!
Hi, I'm Gail, and my husband and I are creating this fund for our nephew, Kyle McPhee. Kyle is a kind, loving, funny and energetic young man, who loves reading, games and hanging out with his older brother.
In November 2022, our family received the devastating news that Kyle, who is just 24 years old, has cancer. Kyle has started chemotherapy, but both his surgeon and oncologist agree that immunotherapy is the best option for Kyle. In Ontario, our provincial health care plan, OHIP, often does cover immunotherapy, and specifically the drugs they are recommending for Kyle. They won't cover these drugs in Kyle's case, because he has a rare cancer.
