Please help fund my Integrative Cancer Treatment

I have been married  to a caring and supportive wife for 37 years, we have four wonderful children and four fantastic grandchildren, my greatest fear is that I die before I see them grow up. Just getting beyond the 5 year survival would be an achievement. I am still currently working at the local community hospital as a Nurse in the NHS and, at 60 years of age, I believe I still have a lot to give. One thing cancer teaches is that every minute of time is precious and every moment must be cherished.

I was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer with bone metastases in early 2018. I have received conventional therapy , namely chemotherapy followed by radiotherapy. I am now on long-term hormone therapy and was doing quite well until recently. My bone pain has started to increase and I have now had to start taking further medication and await possible further bone scans to see to what extend they have increased, or spread. It is clear that my cancer is now active again to some degree and I am now exploring my options as the conventional treatments left to me are limited to palliative management.

I need to make contact with a Functional/Integrative medicine expert who specialises in Cancer. Unfortunately they are in short supply in the UK and the nearest Integrative Cancer specialist is approx 150 miles away  and the costs are prohibitive, I estimate that, including travel expenses, I would need at least 4000 just to cover the consultations and the first line of treatments.Being able to register with an Integrative Cancer Specialist would, in my opinion, give me far more scope for treatments than those available to my NHS Oncologist who, due to the financial and procedural constraints within the NHS, is unable to offer me as treatment options. Even if you are not in a position to donate towards my fund but were able to help with travel or accommodation, that would be a help and greatly appreciated.

During the time from diagnosis to present I have explored many complementary options; from diet, supplements, exercise , and repurposed drug therapy, and
although I have done well up until  now, I now need to expand my options.

I would like to leave this world content in knowing that I had explored every option within my means. I have explored all the self-care options open to me with great results so far, but I fear that I have maximised what I can do on my own and know that it's time for me to find someone who can join my team and help me beat this.

The average 5 year survival for aggressive metastatic  prostate cancer is around 31% and I have already reached the 2 year mark. Any help you can give me to help me maximise my chances of survival would be greatly appreciated far beyond any words I could express here.
