Dear folks,
On March 21, 2019, Debbie was given the news that she had stage 3 colon cancer. It was a total shock, as it would be to anyone. Over the past 12 months, Debbie has endured rounds of chemo and radiation, including three surgeries. She is still recovering from her last surgery which involved the reversal of an illestomy on February 28, 2020.
Not only has Debbie endured so much with cancer, but her mother is also fighting cancer. They were actually in the hospital at the same time recently.
Debbie has always been a hard worker, a huge contributor to her community of Harrison County, West Virginia, and an advocate for the welfare of animals. But this has been catastrophic to her finances. To add to the already mounting hospital and medical bills, they have delayed her current insurance and her most recent hospital stay may not be covered.
Please give what you can. Even a dollar is a step in the right direction. Debbie is one of us; a West Virginian, and she needs our support more than ever. Please.... give what you can. And please pray for her, her mother, and her brother who is taking care of them both. Your gifts are appreciated more than you know.
