Please help Crimson!

Hi guys, Crimson here. You see, I'm in a need of a little help. I'm not sure where else to turn but here. So here is my story. I'm a rescue dog! I was an abondened stray, someone caught me and I went into a shelter that was a very scary place. A wonferful rescue came and saved me out of there and took me into a loving foster home in March. When I came to them I was a very sick little girl, they spent months trying to get me better and alot of money. But after 2 months I got better! The doctors said I was finially healthy and I could be adopted. My foster family spent a while picking thru apps but they finially found one they thought would be the BEST! They took me to do a meet and greet with this nice young couple and their other dog and I guess we all kind of fell in love with each other! I couldn't have been happier in my life! June was the best month ever for me! Things have been amazing ever since, until a few days ago... You see all of a sudden I'm not really sure why but my stomach started hurting and I became very ill they rushed me into the hospital and they finally found that there was some foreign body in my tummy on the outside of my intestines that was making me horribly sick. My parents have spent over $9,000 trying to get me the help I so desperately needed and the surgery I need to save my life. They are supposed to be getting married at the end of the month, but unfortunately because of my sickness they used all their money just trying to give me a chance to live. But we are still not able to cover all of the medical bills for me. They have done there best even maxed out care credit... I want to live.. I want to be with my family... I don't want to die... they don't want me to die because of cost... So the rescue that originally saved me said they were going to help and see if we can raise some money to be able to pay for this surgery and the second one I may require. Please, I know I'm just a brown little dog. I know I don't look like anything special, but you see my adoptive parents say I mean EVERYTHING to them. They don't want to lose me as I don't want to lose them, I've only had 4 months with them. Please help us by raising money so I have more time to finally enjoy having a family of my own.
