Please Help Claire, Our Princess Warrior!

As some of you may know, our dear friends Kim and Erik’s two year old daughter, Claire was recently diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. This is a rare aggressive type of cancer and due to the type of AML she has, she is undergoing Chemotherapy and will also need a Bone Marrow Transplant later this summer. Claire is currently in her second month at Dell Children’s in Austin undergoing her second of three rounds of Chemotherapy treatment there and later this year the Jimeno’s will travel to Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston for her Transplant. During this time, they will need to stay in close proximity to the transplant center in Houston until she recovers, which can take a few months. They have a long and difficult journey ahead and this amazing little girl is fighting her way through cancer.

For those of you that know Claire, you know that she is one of the most beautiful, vibrant, energetic, and loving little girl. The second you meet her she touches your heart. Kim and Erik are living through a parent’s worst nightmare. Our hearts are broken for this incredible family but we know that our Princess Warrior Claire will kick cancer’s butt!
